Where it is forbidden to film the consequences of an accident

There are many communities in the Ukrainian Internet where photos and videos from road accident sites are published. At the scene of an accident in a crowded place, you can often see people filming everything on camera. But in the European Union, such witnesses are not always treated loyally. This is reported by Mauto.

In the Netherlands, you can receive a fine of up to 230 euros (approximately 10 hryvnias) for filming the scene of an accident. In Germany, the fine for the same violation is even higher — 000 euros (about 1000 hryvnias), and in some cases they can even be imprisoned for two years.

The harsh punishment for those filming traffic accidents is explained by the fact that they violate the victims' right to privacy and confidentiality.
