Adults sometimes need to learn to have fun, be happy, jump and run like children. Then the problems will not seem so serious and life will become much easier.
What is the first thing to borrow from children and why to learn?
Really surprised
Children are able to marvel at every drop of dew, the first snow, the beauty of animals and many beautiful things in the world. While adults treat everything as normal.
Run and have fun
Children run not to maintain their figure, but to have fun. They are not shy to swim and laugh. Sometimes, even adults are very useful for such discharge!
Have new friends
On the playground, in a summer camp or kindergarten, children easily find new friends, communicate, and have fun. They approach each other without fear and do not think about what phrase to start communication with.
Ask questions
Children ask the question "why" all the time without shame. This gives an opportunity to think about everyday, familiar things! So why is the grass green?
Love creativity
Not a day goes by without children making something with their hands. They draw, cut, sculpt pies from sand. Adults sometimes need to be distracted by the same thing.
Be able to refuse
Children do only what brings them joy. If they don't like something, they can just silently turn around and walk away.
Have fun without company
Children don't always need someone to entertain them. It is quite simple to pick up a toy and be alone with yourself. If there is no toy, they will still find something to occupy themselves.
Happy Birthday
Children are joyfully waiting for their birthday. They love to give and receive gifts, have lots of fun with friends and are happy for all ages!
Laugh
Children are not ashamed of laughter and their emotions, they love to laugh out loud, not paying attention to the people around them.
Love animals and nature
Adults also love animals, but not to the same extent as children. Babies love zoos, read books, encyclopedias about the world around them, are happy about any spider bugs and are ready to bring home every street kitten.
Allow yourself, at least sometimes to feel like a child, open up to the world and happiness will knock on your door!
