Ingredients:

  • Thin pita bread (2 sheets) 180 gr.
  • Egg 1 pc.
  • Sour cream 1 table. l.
  • Hard cheese 50 gr.
  • Sunflower oil 1 table. l.
  • Garlic 1 cloves
  • Paprika 1 tsp. l.
  • Sil for Relish
  • Ground hot pepper to taste

Preparation:

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Beat the egg with a whisk. In advance, turn on the oven at 200 degrees.

Add sour cream and dried smoked paprika to the eggs. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press or grate it on a fine grater. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix the mixture thoroughly.

Sprinkle pita bread with previously prepared grated cheese.
