I make delicious and aromatic jam for the winter! It didn't cost that much anywhere else, well, you'll just lick your fingers!
Ingredients:
- 6 glasses black currants (a glass of 250 ml.)
- 2 glasses currents
- 2 glass. raspberries
- 13 glass sugar
- 2 lemons or oranges with peel
Preparation:
I wash the berries well with clean water and dry them well, put everything in a saucepan, cut the lemon or orange into small cubes, do not peel the skin.
I turn everything into a homogeneous mass with a blender, add sugar and mix again until smooth with a blender. I leave it to stand for 10 minutes.
I put the pan on the fire, bring it to a boil, then boil it for another 1-2 minutes, no more. In the process, I remove excess foam.
I spread it on sterilized jars, tightly roll up the lids, turn the jars upside down for a few minutes, cover them with towels and leave them to cool completely.
I store the jam in the refrigerator or in a dry, cool place. Bon appetit!
