Almost 64% of Czech residents believe that the Russian Federation actively uses propaganda and disinformation to influence public opinion in the country.

As reported by Ukrinform, Radio Prague International reported this.

"Most of the population perceives Russia as a real threat that concerns us primarily in terms of information. These results were not unexpected for us. They are connected with the information war, which Russia has been waging almost since the beginning of the war in Ukraine," Michal Kormanyak, an Ipsos analyst, commented on the survey.

It is noted that about 19% hold the opposite point of view, more than 16% of respondents said that it is "difficult to answer" for them.

The survey data was published by the Ipsos agency, which was commissioned by the Seznam Zprávy online portal.

The survey took place at the end of October, and a total of 1001 respondents over the age of 18 took part in it.
