A model of a mysterious Chinese fighter jet was spotted at the Zhuhai Air Show, one of the most anticipated aviation events in recent months. It is reported South China Morning Post.

The concept model received a rather pathetic name White Emperor. It was created by the Chinese state-owned Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). The novelty became part of the Nantianmen project dedicated to the technologies of the future.

State-run Chinese media describe the White Emperor as an "aerospace fighter". It is assumed that it will receive two engines of an unknown type. The model shows signs of stealth technology.

Experts drew attention to the rather massive construction of the chassis. Perhaps it will enable the plane to take off from poorly prepared airstrips.

It is possible that the fighter is considered, in particular, as a platform for electronic warfare. Something similar can be seen in the case of the American F-18, which, among other things, acts as an EW aircraft (this variant was named EA-18G Growler).
