There are products that cannot cause allergies.
There are more and more people with allergies every year. Immunity forms a specific reaction to some products, and because of this, urticaria and swelling may begin, breathing may become difficult, and in particularly severe cases, anaphylactic shock may occur, informs Ukr.Media.
In addition to nuts, allergenic products include chocolate, seafood, grapes, eggs, milk and some others. The method of food preparation is also important: it is optimal to bake, steam or boil food. Frying, especially deep-frying, already makes the product dangerous. And then what can you eat absolutely without any fear? We have compiled a list of products to which allergies are extremely rare, or even not found at all.
Apples and pears
Actually, these fruits are not allergens. But a reaction can occur if you are allergic to pollen or trees that have been treated with some strong chemical, insecticide, for example. Precisely because apples and pears belong to fruits with a low allergenic risk, they are recommended for the first complementary food of babies - in the form of puree or even in baked form. But bananas and plums, which are also considered very appropriate for children's first acquaintance with fruits, can cause allergies. Therefore, you should be more careful with them.
Cruciferous vegetables
First of all, these are all types of cabbage: cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels, ordinary. Cabbage helps remove toxins from the body, reduces inflammation in the intestines. And it is also a valuable source of calcium, fiber and other nutrients. By the way, Jessica Simpson assures that after the third birth, she was able to lose 45 kg thanks to cabbage. She ate it in all its forms, and as a result was able to fit into jeans that had been waiting for their time for 14 years.
Quinoa
It's a trendy superfood, but it's really healthy. It is a hypoallergenic pseudocereal that does not contain gluten, and therefore it can be used even by those who suffer from intolerance to wheat and dairy products. In addition, quinoa has a lot of protein, so this product partially compensates for the lack of milk in the diet. In addition to protein, quinoa contains 12 essential amino acids, it is rich in fiber, phosphorus, magnesium and iron.
Rice and rice milk
A fitness trainer will not advise you to eat rice, because this cereal contains a lot of carbohydrates. It is eaten when trying to build muscle mass and requires a lot of calories. But from the point of view of allergies, this is an excellent food. Allergy to rice is very rare, and its causes are still unclear: perhaps there is too much of this cereal in the diet, or perhaps it is a genetic predisposition.
Meat
Everything is quite difficult with him. Theoretically, its hypoallergenic species are chicken and turkey, if they were raised on organically clean feed. That is, ordinary domestic chicken. However, a store-bought one is also suitable, if the producer of chicken meat was not fond of chemical feed additives. Moreover, it is better to choose white meat - breast. In addition, one of the most hypoallergenic types of meat is lamb. The lambs are fed neither legumes, nor grains, nor milk, so their meat cannot cause allergies.
Sweet potato
It is also called sweet potato. Even ordinary potatoes can cause allergies, although they belong to the list of foods allowed for a universal hypoallergenic diet. But only if it has not been treated with chemicals, as many people are allergic to them. For example, the mouth may start to itch, which is very unpleasant. But sweet potatoes are usually not treated with anything. It does not cause allergies, so it is safe. But quite expensive.
Vegetable oil
Olive and sunflower oils are allowed to be used by everyone. You can use them for stewing and dressing salads. But you don't need to fry it - simply because fried food is worse tolerated by the body. But you have to be careful: sometimes there is a food intolerance to sunflower oil. This is a slightly different reaction that is not immune in nature.
Vegetarian soups
The thing is that proteins most often cause allergies. During heat treatment, they partially disintegrate, and the proteins contained in vegetable food are less resistant to temperature effects. Therefore, everyone can eat vegetable soups. Unless it is worth avoiding brightly colored vegetables in the recipe - for example, tomatoes, red peppers, beets and carrots.
