Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Kefir - 130 ml
- Oil - 70 ml
- Flour - 230 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Frozen plum - 500 g
- Corn starch - 1 tbsp.
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Baby:
- Flour - 60 g
- Sugar - 40 g
- Butter - 40 g
Preparation:
Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add kefir, oil and mix.
Now add flour with baking powder in parts and knead the dough.
We put the dough in the form and distribute it evenly.
Place the frozen plum on top of the dough (no need to defrost).
So that the bottom of the pie does not become wet from the filling, sprinkle the berries with starch on top. This will not affect the taste of the baked goods, but the starch will remove excess liquid. Sprinkle with cinnamon, it goes well with plum.
We are preparing a crumb. Pour flour and sugar into a bowl. Add butter and grind into crumbs.
Sprinkle streusel crumbs on top of the plums so that the entire plum is covered.
We send the cake to a preheated oven to 180°C for about 50 minutes.
The cake is ready, let it cool a little and take it out of the mold.
Put the kettle on and cut the cake into pieces.
The pie turned out to be very tasty, with a juicy and aromatic filling.
