I'm cooking pie with cherries, a recipe from a wonderful hostess. It comes out big, tasty, beautiful in the cut, it is prepared without any trouble and confidently steps into the treasure chest of my favorites.
Ingredients:
White dough:
- flour - 270 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 200 g
- butter/margarine - 120 g
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. l
- ammonium - 1 tsp.
- soda - 1 tsp.
- vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
Chocolate dough:
- flour - 200 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 200 g
- butter/margarine - 150 g
- cocoa - 3 tbsp. l.
- ammonium - 1 tsp.
Additionally:
- cherries - 300 g
Sour cream:
- sour cream (heavy) - 800 g
- condensed milk (raw) - 150 g
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
White dough:
Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until white foam. I add oil at room temperature. In a separate bowl, dissolve ammonium in sour cream and add to the mass.
I also mix baking soda with vinegar in a separate glass. I beat everything until smooth. At the end, I add flour and mix everything thoroughly again.
Chocolate dough:
Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until white foam. I add ammonia, soft butter directly to the mass and mix with a mixer.
I pour in cocoa and flour and mix until smooth.
Visually divide the white and chocolate dough into 2 equal parts. I put parchment in a 30 by 20 cm form, spread it out with a spoon, alternating each dough and level the form nicely on top.
I bake in an oven heated to 160 degrees for about 45 minutes. I bake 2 identical cakes. After the cakes have cooled, I cut them in half horizontally and get 4 cakes.
I grease the cake with cream, put cherries on top. This is how I collect the entire plot. I put it in the refrigerator for several hours.
Decorate as desired.
Cut and taste!
