It is easy to make powdered sugar at home if you have a coffee grinder, a hand grinder or a blender with a special nozzle. But so that the powder does not clump and remains crumbly, remember a little trick.
Details
When preparing powdered sugar at home, one should not forget that it has the unpleasant property of sticking together and forming lumps.
That is why experienced housewives are advised to add the "secret ingredient" to its composition - starch.
200 g of corn starch will be needed for 7,5 g of sugar.
We also advise (from our own experience) to add vanilla sugar or cocoa - it all depends on what you will sprinkle. For example, cherry pie tastes good with powder and vanilla sugar, and pumpkin pie is interestingly combined with cocoa powder.
