Ingredients
- dry red wine - 1 l;
- water - 1 l;
- vinegar - 1 glasses;
- salt - to taste;
- celery root - 0,5 pc.;
- carrot - 1 pc.;
- garlic - 3 heads;
- bay leaves - 2 pcs.;
- black peppercorns - 6 pcs.;
- allspice - 6 pcs.
How to cook
Cut all the root crops, pour wine, water and vinegar. Add the rest of the ingredients, but do not put the garlic in the marinade at this time. Boil everything together for 10-15 minutes.
The garlic should be crushed separately, then added to the marinade, which should be removed from the heat. Now it should cool down well.
