Today I will give you a recipe for an incredibly tender and delicious dessert called Brownie Cheesecake! Simple, quick and very tasty!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 120 g of chocolate
- 120 g butter
- 120 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 60 g flour
- 20 g cocoa
Cheese filling:
- 350 g of cream cheese
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- Raspberry or cherry as desired
Preparation:
Cheese filling:
Add sugar and egg to the cream cheese, mix until smooth. Transfer to a pastry bag.
Dough:
Melt chocolate with butter. I add sugar and eggs, mix.
Sift the flour and cocoa and mix with a spatula until smooth.
In a 25 by 25 cm form, I put parchment, berries on the bottom and pour part of the chocolate mass
I spread the cheese mass on top with a pastry bag.
I spread the second part of the chocolate mass and berries again.
I bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Let it taste! It can be served both cold and warm. It tastes even better with a scoop of ice cream, just try it!
