To prepare the dough, you will need the following components:
- 0,5 liters of milk,
- 100 g of kefir,
- 1 teaspoon of soda,
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of oil,
- 1 tablespoon of butter,

Let's start by preparing the filling: you need to grate the zucchini on a large grater. Then we roll out thin cakes, similar to flatbreads, and evenly distribute the grated zucchini on the surface. Sprinkle with sugar and soda on the tip of a knife, and then place the filling inside the cakes. We cook in oil, thoroughly heated in a pan.
Pour melted butter and a small amount of honey over the finished flatbreads, then place them one on top of the other in a deep bowl.
