Today I want to share with you a recipe for very tasty unusual cutlets, which I saw from a well-known food blogger.
Well, as I saw ... I do all this not of my own free will, of course. My husband has this hobby - he watches a billion different cooking channels, and then downloads videos with recipes that he liked, so that I can cook them at the first opportunity. Only once did I refuse to cook some completely, in my opinion, idiotic version of pies, so my faithful decided to do it himself. With a proud look, he went to the kitchen and it began. For an hour, I heard a rumble from my favorite clean and cozy kitchen, the sound of falling dishes, the smacking of some meat on the table, incomprehensible sounds and a very loud husband's mat. An hour and a half later, when I went into the kitchen, I decided that I would never let him into my holy of holies again. I spent three hours washing the floor, walls, stove, dishes, cats and the husband himself from his culinary experiments, and the same pies actually turned out to be a complete g... disgusting dish. Therefore, when this time he sent me a video with the recipe for these cutlets, I decided to do everything myself, especially since the author of the recipe didn't seem to suggest anything idiotic. Cutlets are really tasty and unusual.
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken thighs - 900 g
- Onion - 1 pc
- Hard cheese - 150 g
- Frozen butter - 100 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chicken egg - 2 pc
- White bread - 3 pieces
- Milk - 80 ml
- Thyme to taste
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs
Preparation:
Yes, there are more cooking steps than regular meatballs, but it's worth it.
We make minced meat from chicken thigh fillets.
Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil until golden.
Add fried onions, grated cheese and grated frozen (required) butter to the minced meat, add garlic passed through a press.
We pour milk over the bread, knead it and add it to the minced meat, then add eggs, salt, pepper and a little thyme leaves.
Mix everything well. Shape into patties, roll each one in breadcrumbs and fry until crispy on both sides. Then transfer the cutlets to a mold and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
That's all. Believe me, very tasty cutlets with an unusual combination of cheese and thyme. Be sure to try to cook.
