The Ukrainian government has adopted a decision that affects the possibility of exchanging or obtaining a driver's license for some citizens abroad. As the portal sud.ua reports, men aged 18 to 60 who have not updated their military data at Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC) are temporarily prohibited from obtaining new licenses and registering vehicles.
This prohibition provides that in the event that the "Oberig" registry does not have up-to-date data on the military registration of these persons, they will not be able to carry out any operations with cars, such as registration or removal from it. The restrictions will be in effect until the end of the martial law in Ukraine and three more months after its end.
Such a decision is aimed at strengthening control over the military registration of men of military age under martial law and ensuring their accountability to the state.
