I prepare a salad from simple products with a wonderful combination. I cook chicken fillet very quickly (7 minutes) and without dirty dishes. A very convenient and simple way. It is hearty, with a light crunch from carrots and a great taste.
Ingredients:
- 250 g of chicken breast fillet (1 pc.)
- 200 g of Korean carrots
- 4 chicken eggs (large)
- 100 g of cheese (semi-hard)
- Xnumx mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- greens to taste
- a mixture of peppers to taste
- salt to taste
Preparation:
I cut the chicken breast fillet in half lengthwise, put it in a bag and beat it slightly. I sprinkle with salt, a mixture of peppers, pour oil and distribute everything on 2 sides. I transfer the breast to the parchment. I send it to a hot pan, when it starts to sizzle, fry it on one side for 4 minutes, then turn it over and cook for another 3 minutes. I'm cooling.
Eggs are boiled in advance, cooled and cleaned. Cut chicken fillet and eggs into cubes.
I add juicy and spicy Korean carrots.
I grate the cheese, finely chop the greens (I have green onions and dill) and put them in a bowl. I add mayonnaise to everything. Mix well and taste for salt. If there is time, I let the salad stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
