I am preparing a very tasty Greek salad! This is a simple and real salad: vegetables with vegetable oil, and vegetables and ordinary vegetable oil are popular.
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 200 g
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Feta cheese - 100 g
- Olives - 100 g
- Avocado - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml.
- Dried oregano - 1 tsp.
- Dried basil - 1 tsp.
- Lemon - 1 tbsp. l.
- Garlic, pepper, salt, sugar to taste
- Lettuce to serve as desired
Preparation:
I'm refueling. Pour lemon juice into a glass, add olive oil, mix thoroughly. I add dried oregano, dried basil, ground black pepper, crushed garlic and salt. I mix everything again. I let the sauce infuse. You can use wine vinegar instead of lemon, add soy sauce and mustard to the dressing.
I cut the vegetables into large cubes of 1,5-2 cm. It is desirable to make the cubes the same. We push away from the tomatoes. For example, if we divide cherries in half, then the remaining pieces should be approximately the same. I cut the cucumber first.
Cut the onion with feathers.
I take a large avocado, clean it, cut it into pieces the size of an olive and add it to the salad.
I take the dishes for the salad and carefully lay out the vegetables. Pour dressing on top and mix. I dress the salad before serving so that the vegetables do not have time to give juice. I cut the feta into pieces.
