Potato fritters or derunas are a simple but tasty dish that has a lot of fans.
To prepare it, in addition to 3-4 potatoes, you will need:
- 1 egg;
- 1 bulb;
- 50 g of flour;
- a variety of favorite greens as desired
- salt and pepper to taste.
After you grate the potatoes, squeeze them well from excess moisture.
The onion must be chopped using a fine grater or a blender.
Now mix potatoes with onion, flour and egg, add salt and spices to taste and mix.
Next, the housewives used to act in this way: they generously lubricate the pan with oil, turn on the fire and bake the dumplings on a hot pan.
But there is another method - and you can be sure that with it the dish will be much lighter and more dietary.
And it consists in baking the doughnuts in the oven. They are prepared at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
