- zucchini - 500 g;
- carrots - 100 g;
- onion - 2 pcs.;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- oil - 100 g;
- sour cream - 200 g; fresh herbs;

How to cook
Zucchini, carrots and onions should be cut into cubes. Separately, fry the vegetables in some oil until ready. Mix the roasted vegetables together. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and salt.
Roll out the dough in a thin layer. Cut circles with a glass. Put a little filling on each of them. Pinch the edges so that triangles come out.
