Ingredients:
- Minced meat - 500 gr. (any)
- Semolina - 3-4 tbsp. l.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3 cloves. (optional)
- Sour cream - 1 - 2 tbsp. l
- Fresh tomato (zucchini) - 1 pc.
- Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
I put the minced meat in a bowl. You can cook it yourself, I take it ready from the turkey.
Grate the onion on a fine grater.
I rub the garlic on a fine grater.
I rub a fresh tomato on a fine grater. You can replace it with zucchini, these vegetables add juiciness, and the tomato also adds acidity.
I put sour cream or mayonnaise.
I pour semolina, look at the consistency of the minced meat, if it is runny, add more. Salt and pepper to taste. If desired, I add spices. I mix everything thoroughly and beat the minced meat against the walls of the bowl.
Fry on a pan until golden on both sides. You can serve to the table! Very tasty, soft, lush, fragrant!
