They decided to evacuate the residents of the village closest to the dangerous outbreak to neighboring settlements.
In the Voronezh region (RF), the wreckage of an unmanned aerial vehicle fell on an ammunition depot. A fire broke out at the place of arrival and detonation began. The fire started on Saturday, September 7, according to the Telegram channel of the governor of the Voronezh region, Oleksandr Gusev.
At the same time, Oleksandr Gusev stated that "the drone was detected and suppressed by the forces of the Russian air defense and electronic warfare systems." However, local channels indicate that a strong fire broke out on the spot, and the detonation lasted for at least several hours.
The Russian information resource of the Cheka-OGPU posted a video of the fire.
As the Russian governor later reported, "as a result of the fall of the UAV," a fire broke out, which later turned into explosive objects and detonated. He also stated that it was decided to temporarily evacuate residents of one of the nearby villages to a nearby settlement.
In August, a series of attacks on Russian oil depots took place. On August 3, UAVs attacked oil depots and fuel and lubricant storage facilities in Belgorod, Kursk, and Rostov regions.
