On Sunday, September 8, a large-scale fire broke out at a fuel storage site in the Belgorod region of Russia. According to the Russians, the cause of the fire was allegedly a drone attack.
In particular, the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov said that the fire is raging in the Volokoniv district. The official blamed the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the attack.
"The Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked a fuel storage site in the territory of Volokonovsky district with the help of an unmanned aerial vehicle. As a result of the explosion, the tanks caught fire. Fire calculations are used to extinguish fires." Gladkov emphasized.
At the same time, local authorities specified that the fire occurred in the settlement of Yutanivka. Railway tanks are on fire.
