According to him, he will be able to end the war in Ukraine even before he officially takes office. According to the regulations, the inauguration takes place on January 20.

“If we win, I believe I can resolve this war as president-elect before I officially take office. I can stop this war because it is a terrible, terrible war. And in Ukraine they are killing many more people than you can imagine," said Trump.

The politician eventually revealed his plan to end the war, which is to cut energy prices by half or more within 12 months of taking office.

"Putin will not be able to fight with oil at $40," Trump said.

Previously, Trump has repeatedly stated his ability to quickly ensure peace in the event of his return to the presidency.

"I will literally call two people the same night as my victory becomes known: Putin and Zelensky... We will make a deal within 24 hours," Trump said, without revealing details.

Earlier, the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said that his favorite in the US elections was the current president Joe Biden, but since he withdrew from the race and recommended the candidacy of Kamala Harris, the Russian Federation will also support her.
