The recipe everyone is looking for! I am preparing an incredibly delicious chocolate cake! The recipe has been tested for years! Biscuits on boiling water, super chocolatey and moist sponges without whipping. You will be amazed at how simple and delicious it is!

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • Milk 270 g (warm)
  • Vegetable oil 150 g (I use olive oil)
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt 1-2 tsp.
  • Sugar 250 g
  • Vanilla sugar 3-4 tbsp. l.
  • Flour 350 UAH
  • Soda 1.5 tsp.
  • Baking powder 1.5 tsp.
  • Cocoa 6 tbsp. l.
  • Boiling water 250 g

Cream:

  • Sour cream 230 g
  • Powdered sugar 90 g

Glaze:

  • Milk chocolate 110 g
  • Vegetable oil 30 g (I use coconut oil)
  • Dried cherries 60 g
  • Rum 20 g (optional)

Preparation:

I pour oil into warm milk, mix.

I add eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar, mix.

I mix flour, baking powder, cocoa, soda and sift parts into the mass and mix until smooth.

I pour boiling water in parts and mix each time.

I grease a parchment-covered form with a diameter of 20 cm and a height of 8 cm. I pour in the dough.

Bake at 180 degrees for 90 minutes. The baking time may be different. In a larger form, the dough will be lower and it will take less time, approximately 40-60 minutes. Check for readiness with a wooden stick. I cut off the top for crumbs, which I will later decorate the cake with. Divide horizontally into 2 equal parts.

Cream:




I mix sour cream with powdered sugar with a mixer.

I spread the cream on the first cake, cover it with the second cake. I leave some cream for the sides.

Glaze:

Add coconut oil to milk chocolate, melt until smooth.

I put dried cherries on top of the cake and pour rum over it.

I pour glaze on top. I put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

I grind the crumbs in a blender, grease the sides with cream and cover with crumbs. Bon appetit!
