I am preparing a simple salad and, of course, I will hurry to you with a detailed recipe, I believe that many people will like it, the taste is not stale and very interesting!

Ingredients:

  • Buzhenina (I have chicken roulade) - 150 g
  • fresh medium cucumber - 2 pcs.
  • cheese - 150 g
  • eggs - 2-3 pcs.
  • greens, salt and mayonnaise - to taste

Preparation:

I cut cucumbers into thin strips in a salad bowl.

I also cut the pork into thin strips and send it to a salad bowl. In the original recipe, there was pork belly, but I used chicken roulade, it seemed to me to have a more delicate taste, but see for yourself, the main thing is that it tastes good, the taste of the dish depends on what meat product will be in the salad.

I rub the cheese on a medium grater, add it to the salad.
