"Bride" salad is prepared simply from available products. Instead, the dish has a very elegant and attractive appearance on the festive table. Everything is laid out in layers and does not need additional decorations.
You will need:
- 350 g of chicken fillet;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 potatoes;
- 50 g of Beijing cabbage leaves;
- 1 melted cottage cheese;
- 3 st. bed. mayonnaise
For frying:
"Bride" salad is made from fried chicken fillet. To do this, wash the meat and dry it. Cut into thin bars. Heat a pan on the stove, pour oil. Add the chicken. Add salt, pepper and fry over low heat, stirring. You can use spices for chicken.
Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins until ready. To do this, put the tubers in cold water and put them on fire. After boiling, screw it on and cook for 20 minutes. Check for doneness by piercing with a knife.
If the potatoes are ready, drain the water. Hard-boil the eggs. Allow these products to cool. After that, clean. Now start forming the salad.
Spread the washed and dried leaves of Beijing cabbage on a wide flat dish. Place fried chicken on top of them. Level up. Cover the meat with a mesh made of mayonnaise, squeezing from a pastry bag with a small opening.
Grate the boiled potatoes on a medium grater and place on top of the chicken. Cover with mayonnaise mesh. Next, a layer of grated egg yolks, mayonnaise, grated melted cheese and egg white.
Decorate the dish with a mesh made of mayonnaise and send it to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. After that, you can serve on the festive table. The "Bride" salad does not need any other decorations.
If fried chicken is not suitable, you can take boiled or smoked. It is advisable to make mayonnaise yourself. It is not difficult at all. Onion lovers can make an onion layer between the chicken and potatoes. It is advisable to take pickled onions for this.
