Advisor to the Administration of the President of Russia, political scientist Serhiy Karaganov threatened Berlin with a blow, if "the drone flies over the Kremlin again." In addition, the Russian threatened a nuclear attack on Ukrainian troops.

He said this in an interview with one of the propaganda media. "It's time to declare that we have the right to respond to any massive strikes on our territory with a nuclear strike. This also applies to any encroachments on our territory", says Karaganov.

He would like Moscow to rewrite the doctrine on the use of nuclear weapons, because it is allegedly outdated and almost completely excludes the use of such weapons.

He said, "sharply activating the nuclear factor in world politics" is the Kremlin's duty. In his opinion, it is necessary to "convince the adversaries" that they are ready for a nuclear war "in case of any encroachment on our territory and our citizens."

Karaganiv and his family, according to the media, owns real estate in Germany (especially in Berlin) and in Italy. But this did not prevent him from advising the Russian military to shell the territory of Germany.
