Homemade muffins are always less harmful, and also have a brighter taste and aroma and are prepared extremely simply. Therefore, it is better not to buy cupcakes in a store, but to cook them yourself.
Ingredients:
- 800 g of cheese;
- 3 eggs;
- 0,5 tsp. salt;
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract;
- 2 Art. l semolina;
- 70 g of rice flour;
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- raisins as desired
You can also take a sugar substitute to prepare the dough, but it is better to choose its proportions based on your taste preferences.
Preparation:
Sour cheese should be rubbed through a sieve or beaten with a blender. Then you need to add the rest of the components to it.
Lastly, add flour, semolina and baking powder and, if desired, raisins (pre-scald with boiling water, dry slightly with a paper towel and sprinkle with flour so that they do not sink to the bottom).
The mass should be mixed until homogeneous.
Fill muffin tins 1/3 full, as the batter will rise during baking.
You need to bake the dessert in a preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Orient yourself by your oven.
