The proposed salad is tender, light, airy, and at the same time very satisfying and nutritious. It is prepared very quickly and simply, even for a novice cook.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 200 g
- Egg white 2 pc
- Feta cheese 100 g
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp
- Sil for Relish
Preparation:
Cook the chicken fillet in salted water in advance until ready. Cooking time for chicken is approximately 20 minutes after boiling water. Cool the meat in the broth so that it is juicy and soft. After cooling, cut the meat into medium-sized cubes.
Boil, cool and peel the eggs. Carefully separate the white from the yolk. Yolk will not be needed in this salad. Grate the proteins on a large grater.
Remove the soft feta cheese from the brine, cut it into medium cubes.
Transfer all the prepared ingredients to one plate, add mayonnaise and garlic passed through a press.
If necessary, add salt to the salad, taking into account the saltiness of the cheese and boiled chicken. Mix the mixture thoroughly, connecting all the components together and impregnating them with mayonnaise.
The salad can be cooled in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Since it does not contain very juicy products, it does not flow. After that, put it on a flat plate in the form of a small slide, decorate it with greens, and serve it. Bon appetit!
