Not everyone knows about it.
Instant coffee is often considered a "second grade" drink. Some are convinced that this powder has neither taste nor aroma, others believe that it is harmful to health. Is this really the case - we will find out in the article, informs Ukr.Media.
Production of instant coffee consists of several stages. First, green grains are fried and ground. Then the concentrated mixture is boiled and all moisture is removed from the obtained extract to leave a dry residue.
Indeed, due to long-term processing, instant coffee contains fewer useful substances than natural coffee. This can lead to a decrease in the effect on the body.
However, instant coffee also has its advantages. It has a diuretic effect, helps remove excess water from the body and reduces the feeling of hunger.
In addition, such coffee contains a minimum of cafestol, a substance that provokes the formation of plaques in blood vessels. If you brew coffee in a Turkish, then the level of harmful compounds is much higher there.
However, excessive consumption of instant coffee can have negative consequences. Insomnia, nausea appears, blood pressure rises and heart rate increases.
Note: an adult is recommended to consume no more than 100-200 mg of caffeine at a time. This is no more than 3 cups.
