Drivers need to be prepared for a new wave of inspections. After all, the Ministry is preparing to introduce stricter regulations and significantly increasing fines for traffic violations.
The main innovations will concern the verification of documents and certain traffic laws, Wheel News informs. Now, drivers must always carry a driver's license, a vehicle registration certificate (technical passport) and a valid insurance policy.
If one of these documents is missing, they will be fined 425 hryvnias. In the absence of a driver's license, citizens will face a fine of 3 hryvnias, and driving after disqualification - as much as 400 hryvnias.
That is why drivers are urged to be smart and not to violate the established norms and rules, so as not to become a "jackpot" for the National Police.
