Ingredients:
Dough:
- Flour - 300 g
- Margarine (72%) - 250 g
- Egg - 1 pcs.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
- Ice water - 100 ml.
- Salt is a pinch
Cream:
- Milk - 300 ml
- Sugar - 250 g
- Starch - 1 tbsp. l.
- Flour - 1 tbsp. l.
- Vanilla is a pinch
- Butter - 300 g
- Apples - 1 kg.
- Syrup - glass water and 0.5 glasses sugar
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
Dough:
I turn margarine and flour into fine crumbs with my hands. I add an egg, vinegar, and salt to the ice water, beat it lightly with a fork and pour it into the flour.
I quickly knead the dough, put it in a bag and send it to the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
I divide the dough into 6 parts.
I thinly roll out each pile of dough, prick it with a fork. I bake on a dry form 24 by 28 cm at 200-220 degrees until light golden.
Cream:
I peel and cut the apples, bring water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan, pour in the apples. Cook until ready, drain the water.
I add flour, starch, vanillin to the sugar and mix well. I boil milk and add sugar mixture to it, cook until it thickens.
I cool the custard base and first beat the butter with a mixer, then add the cream in parts.
I put cream on the cake, apples on top, cover with a second cake, etc. Decorate with crumbs and powdered sugar.
