Hennessey Performance presented the new hypercar Venom F5-M Roadster, which became the most powerful production car with a manual transmission. This car is powered by a twin-turbocharged 6,6-liter V8 engine that develops an impressive 1817 hp. Power is transmitted through a six-speed "mechanics" with a characteristic mechanical click when switching, which adds drive and control over the car.
The new Hennessey Venom F5-M accelerates to 100 km/h in 3,3 seconds and is capable of a top speed of 500 km/h, making it one of the fastest cars in the world. In addition to the powerful engine, the Venom F5-M has received aerodynamic improvements, including a new 140 cm long dorsal fin that stretches from the air intake on the roof to the rear of the car. This element not only improves stability at high speeds, but also gives the car a unique look.
The interior of the Venom F5-M has also undergone changes. To fit the manual transmission, Hennessey engineers had to rework the center console, equipping it with horizontal air vents and new window control switches inspired by the design of fighter jets. In addition, the central console is decorated with an aluminum switch and a carbon gear lever, which emphasizes the sporty character of the car.
It is worth noting that all 12 copies of the Venom F5-M Roadster, whose starting price was 2,65 million dollars, have already been sold out. This is a limited edition of 30 cars, each with a custom paint job and custom finish.
