A new salad recipe appeared in my cookbook. Well, what can I say, the salad is tasty and very filling, I liked it. It will look decent on the festive table and guests will appreciate it.
Ingredients:
- Beef - 400 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Pickled cucumbers - 250 g
- Walnuts - 90 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Preparation:
I boil the beef (I have a shoulder blade) in salted water until ready. I cool it in the broth, then cut it into small pieces and divide it into two parts. I lay out one part with the first layer, sprinkle with chopped garlic.
I smear with a small amount of mayonnaise.
Cut pickled cucumbers into small pieces, divide into two parts. I lay out one part of the cucumbers with a second layer.
Then I lay out half of the boiled eggs cut into pieces. I smear with mayonnaise and repeat all the layers.
I sprinkle chopped walnuts on top. I put it in the refrigerator for impregnation, for about 30 minutes.
