In Chernihiv Oblast, on the basis of one of the training units of the Regional Command of the "North" Military Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, training was held, during which the so-called tank run-in took place. This is a special type of training, the purpose of which is to prepare fighters for action in conditions as close as possible to combat. The participants learned to overcome the psychological fear of heavy armored vehicles and improved their skills on the battlefield.

During the exercises, the servicemen occupied the trenches, feeling themselves in the realities that await them at the front. Multi-ton tanks moved next to the positions of the fighters. This experience allowed them not only to harden their endurance, but also to realize their own readiness for extreme conditions.

One of the main aspects of these exercises is psychological stability. Fighters were able to overcome internal fear of the approach of heavy armored vehicles, which can be a critical advantage in real combat conditions. According to the commanders of the unit, such exercises are an integral part of the training of a modern Ukrainian soldier, as they help prepare not only physically, but also morally for combat missions.

None of our soldiers backed down before this difficult test. On the contrary, all of them proved that they are able to withstand serious psychological stress and remain focused on performing the assigned tasks, one of the commanders noted.
