Today I will prepare a very tasty salad for the winter, which is tastier than lecho! It is prepared very simply, and the taste is simply amazing!
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 1,5 kg.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 kg
- Onions - 300 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable oil - for frying onions
Preparation:
Finely chop the spring onion. I pour oil into a heated pan and add onions. Fry until ready and transfer to a deep pan.
I cut bell pepper into small cubes. I send the chopped pepper to the pan with the onion.
I cut off the stem of the tomato and cut it into slices or, like pepper, into a small cube. I send the chopped tomatoes to the pan. I add sugar and salt. I put it on the fire and bring it to a boil. When the vegetables boil, I mix them well, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid and cook for 25 minutes.
After the specified time, I pour vinegar, mix and boil for another two minutes.
I spread the finished salad in sterile jars, and then tightly screw on clean lids. I turn the cans upside down and wrap them until completely cool. Such a snack is stored at room temperature.
