They cooked the snails and started eating. Suddenly, in one of the last shells, the man found something that he initially thought was a stone. Later, he mentioned that sea snails can produce pearls, which are distinguished by their dark orange color. This is the kind of stone he got.

Impressive! A week later, he took the find to appraisers, who confirmed that it was indeed a valuable gem weighing 1,91 carats.
