This chicken fillet dish is prepared quickly, and it turns out the most tender, juicy meat with the aroma of spices.

Ingredients:

  • 700 g of finely chopped chicken fillet
  • 150 g of cheese
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 2 Art. spoons without a top of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of Adygea salt without a top
  • 0,5 teaspoons of a mixture of peppers
  • 1 teaspoon without top of granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon without top of suneli hops
  • oil for frying

Preparation:

Place finely chopped chicken breast in a bowl. Add the cheese, grated on a fine grater, beat the eggs and mix well.

Now add flour and mix well again.

In my opinion, such chopped cutlets are better with flour than with starch. They keep their shape better, don't "splat" so much in the pan and turn out juicy and tasty.

Now we salt and pepper our mixture for cutlets and add spices. I used suneli hops and granulated garlic.

Well, let's fry our cutlets in well-heated oil. We spread one tablespoon of the cutlet mass on the pan like pancakes. Fry until golden, literally 3-4 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side.
