On September 10, 2024, in the city of Pology, Zaporizhzhia region, the Ukrainian military units "No chance", the 98th separate territorial defense battalion (OBTrO) and the 108th separate territorial defense brigade (OBrTrO) carried out a successful operation to destroy the Russian anti-aircraft missile system "Arrow-10". The attack was carried out with the help of an FPV-kamikaze, which hit the rear of the enemy's equipment.
At first, the affected air defense system continued to move, but after driving into the shelter, the smoke from the car became much thicker. Soon, the equipment began to burn completely, which indicated its imminent destruction. The event took place at coordinates 47.484364, 36.176134.
This successful operation of the units "No chance", 98 OBTrO and 108 OBrTrO was another proof of the high efficiency of the Ukrainian military in the fight against Russian aggression. The destruction of the Strela-10 air defense system is a significant contribution to ensuring the security of the airspace on this part of the front and increases the combat capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It will be recalled that the Strela-10 air defense system is a Soviet self-propelled anti-aircraft missile system designed to combat low-flying targets. The destruction of such equipment significantly reduces the enemy's ability to defend against air attacks and helps to ensure superiority on the battlefield for Ukrainian units.
