Today I am preparing chebureks, very thin dough and a lot of juicy filling. Simple ingredients and quick preparation!
Ingredients:
Sourdough:
- 500 g flour
- 1 hours. L. salt
- 4 Art. l. vodka
- 300 ml. hot water
Toppings:
- Minced meat (I have pork)
- 2 medium onion
- salt, ground black pepper + other spices to taste
- parsley
- 100 ml. cold water
Preparation:
Toppings:
I rub the onion on a grater, add chopped parsley, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
I pour water and mix with my hands until smooth.
Sourdough:
I add salt, vodka and boiling water to the flour, mix with a spoon.
Then I knead the dough with my hands.
I divide the dough into pieces, form balls, cover with film. I roll out each ball thinly into a circle with a diameter of 18 cm., and spread the filling.
I cover it with the second part of the dough, press it down, go around the edges with a fork, cut off the excess edges.
I pour a sufficient amount of oil into the pan, fry the chebureks on both sides until golden. I spread it on paper towels to get rid of excess oil.
Bon appetit!
