Most Ukrainians like to sleep longer on weekends, but this only harms the body, as it breaks the regime.
Waking up on all days should happen at the same time so that the biorhythms do not go astray every week.
Somnologist Olena Tsareva recommends doing this. According to her, waking up at different times threatens the fact that it can fall into a deep stage of sleep, when it is very difficult for a person to wake up and get out of bed. In such cases, you may not even hear the alarm clock and oversleep.
The specialist advised to set a pleasant alarm clock melody, but rhythmic, so that it "does not fit" into sleep.
