Necessary ingredients:
- pasta - 400 g;
- minced meat - 500 g;
- onion - 1 pcs.;
- carrot - 1 pc.;
- tomato sauce - 2-3 tablespoons;
- milk - 300 ml;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- salt, pepper to taste;

Method of cooking:
First, boil pasta in salted water. You need to boil them until half-cooked and drain the water from them.
Cut the onion into small cubes, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. We also prepare minced meat. You can take minced pork, chicken or assorted.
