The Russian army captured Krasnooctyabrskoe, Komarivka and Snagosta in the Kursk region.
This is confirmed by Bild military analyst Julian Ripke.
"The real situation could be much worse than on my map," he notes.
In Snagost, the Russians captured Ukrainian soldiers, writes Repke.
"Propaganda aside, if one of the goals of the Kursk operation is to 'replenish the national exchange fund,' today is a good day to review that operation," the analyst said.
He believes that the Armed Forces here sought to capture Korenevo, which was "an important part of Ukraine's strategy in this area - which had already failed in mid-August."
Earlier, President Zelenskyi said that the Russian counteroffensive in the Kursk region "follows the Ukrainian plan."
