This spread is always number 1 on any table. It will help in any situation, because it is prepared simply and from budget products that are always at hand.
Ingredients:
- sprats 1 can of any canned food
- 1 carrots
- processed cheese 2 pcs
- 3 eggs
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- mustard 0,5 tbsp
- mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp.
Additionally:
- baguette
- cucumber
- greenery
Preparation:
I cut the loaf diagonally to make more beautiful slices and dry it in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
While the croutons are still hot, I rub them with a clove of garlic dipped in salt.
I transfer half of a can of sprouts to a plate and mash them with a fork.
Next, I rub boiled eggs and carrots on a fine grater to the sprats.
I rub melted curds. Advice: so that the curds do not stick to the grater, grease it with oil.
I pass 2-3 cloves of garlic through a press and add to the mass.
Season with mayonnaise and mustard. I add salt and pepper to taste. I mix everything well.
I spread the spread on the baguette slices, spread it well.
I decorate with the remaining sprats, cucumber and greens. This is how delicious it turns out. It looks very presentable, it's no wonder my housemates got into them so quickly.
