Russia calls on the international community to condemn the alleged breakthrough of the Ukrainian side in the Kursk region. This was stated by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova.
According to her, it seems that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are behind the advance deep into Russian territory, and this decision was made in order to "distract the attention of Ukrainians from the continuation of mobilization", because on August 7, the corresponding law was signed.
"The criminal Kyiv regime continues to inflict blows on completely innocent residents of Russian cities and villages. Ukrainian neo-Nazis, having failed in the war zone, commit bloody terrorist acts against the civilian population," said Maria Zakharova.
The Russian occupiers meanwhile, according to the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, gave a decisive rebuff to the enemy, so it is alleged that the latter suffered colossal losses. In addition, it was the Ukrainian side, according to the diplomatic service of the Russian Federation, that began to advance deep into the Kursk region, sowing panic among the residents of the region.
"All these bloody crimes are taking place against the background of the cynical silence of the West... All this only strengthens the sense of impunity of the Ukrainian neo-Nazis, who are sure that they will get away with any crime. We call on the international community not to stand aside and strongly condemn the criminal actions of the Kyiv regime," Maria Zakharova concluded.
We will remind you that on August 7, Russian President Vladimir Putin reacted to the events in the Kursk region only a day later. According to him, the Russian law enforcement agencies should deal with this situation, and acting governor Oleksiy Smirnov should cooperate with them.
