Ingredients

The following products are needed for cooking:

  • carrot - 2 pc.;
  • water - 3 l;
  • processed cheese - 150 g;
  • cream - 200 ml;
  • salt pepper;
  • basil as desired.

How to cook

Pour water over the cleaned vegetables and bring to a boil. Season with salt and cook until soft. Take out the vegetables, and we continue to cook the resulting broth. Blend the vegetables in a blender with a few spoonfuls of liquid.
