Drivers in Ukraine will soon be able to lose their rights not only for traffic violations, but also for misdemeanors not related to driving a vehicle. The corresponding draft law No. 8082 has already been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada for consideration.
The document proposes to limit the right to drive to persons who have debts on loans, as well as malicious non-payers of fines and alimony, writes "Tvoya machina". At the same time, there is a possibility that the drivers will learn about the fine imposed directly from the police officers who stopped the car to remove the license.
Today in Ukraine, the mechanism of restricting the right of drivers to drive a vehicle for violating the mobilization legislation has already been put into effect. However, how it works in practice is not yet clear. It is known that in order for the court to adopt the relevant decision of the TCC and the police, it is necessary to implement a whole set of measures in order to prove that it is not possible to influence the citizen in any other way.
