On Saturday, August 3, the weather in Ukraine will be affected by a cyclone and an anticyclone at the same time, due to which weather contrasts are expected.
This is evidenced by the forecast of weather forecaster Natalka Didenko.
"Tomorrow, the Julian anticyclone will spread over the central part of Europe, the Halil anticyclone over the Black Sea, and a small cyclone will settle between them", the forecaster explained.
It is this cyclone that will cause rains and thunderstorms on August 3 in the western regions of Ukraine, in the north (except Sumy Oblast), in the Vinnytsia and Odesa Oblasts, in the afternoon local rains are likely on Saturday in Cherkasy Oblast, Poltava Oblast, in places in the Dnipro and districts.
Most of the south and eastern regions will be under the influence of anticyclone Halil tomorrow, so it will be dry and sunny here.
"The air temperature on August 3 in the west and north-west of Ukraine is expected to be low, during the day +19...+23 degrees", Natalka Didenko says.
It will also be somewhat cooler in the northern regions, +22...+25 degrees. In the central part +29...+31 degrees, in Vinnytsia +26...+28 degrees.
It will be hot in the eastern regions, +30...+33 degrees. In the south of Ukraine +30...+33, in the northern regions of Odesa +27...+29 degrees.
