In Odesa, a man committed hooliganism in a store. The figure addressed the saleswoman in an obscene manner, and also threatened the woman with his genitals.

Case details
The incident happened at the end of April this year. The accused, who is a native of the city of Dzerzhinsk, Donetsk region, entered the "Produkty 24" store and started a scandal there.
"For approximately 13 minutes, in the presence of other customers of the store, he loudly insulted the seller of this store with obscene language, shouting that he was going to run his genital organ over her lips, and also loudly cursed the customers of the store, thereby disrupting the operation of this store," — it is stated in the court documents.
Deboshir was taken out of the store, but he continued to misbehave on the street: he threw a bottle at a parked car, damaging it, addressed citizens with obscene language, threw an empty bottle at the door of the store, which broke the glass pane.
Judgment
In court, the offender fully admitted his guilt and asked not to punish him severely.
The court found the defendant guilty of hooliganism and sentenced him to one year of probation supervision.
Probation supervision is the main criminal punishment, which consists in limiting the rights and freedoms of the convicted person, defined by the law and established by the court verdict, with the use of supervisory and social-educational measures without isolation from society.
During the year, the convict shall:
- periodically appear for registration with the authorized body on probation issues;
- notify the authorized probation authority about a change of residence, work or study;
- not to leave the borders of Ukraine without the consent of the authorized body on probation issues.
Within 30 days from the announcement of the sentence, it can be challenged by filing an appeal.
