A gas explosion occurred in a five-story residential building in Nizhny Tagil, Sverdlovsk Region, Russia. According to preliminary data, six people were injured. This will be reported by Russian media on Thursday, August 1.
One of the entrances was completely destroyed. At least 20 apartments were under the rubble. Currently, six victims are known, among them are children. Rescuers are sorting through the debris.
The Mash Telegram channel reports that the house was last checked on July 19, when specialists said that everything was fine with the gas pipeline. However, this morning there was an explosion in one of the apartments, after which the entire entrance collapsed.
